 Comment

This was my first experience at making a live steam locomotive.   I did not expect it to take 13 years to make one model.

I failed  to make parts correctly many times and to be frank, there were times when I thought it would be never finished.

However, it looked good after it was painted.  The steel used in the model gave it a good weight.

I was very impressed when I first saw my locomotive running.

I plan to make another locomotive soon.  It will be a 5 inch gauge model of Japanese type D50.

It may take many years to complete.  Thank you for visiting my home page.
