晩秋は、日本人が好む侘び寂びを、忠実に表出してくれる。深紅の紅葉の情景もよいが、枯れさびた情景も心に響いて、一つの季節の終わりを感じさせてくれる。秋の終わりは、冬の空無の序曲でもある。 The old Japanese adage: "elegant simplicity is a taste for the simple and quiet" aptly describes the last weeks of Autumn.
