アメリカン・ロックの王道、イーグルスの２枚組み最新アルバム、２００７年１０月発表の「ロング・ロード・アウト・オブ・エデン（Long Road Out Of Eden）」。
イーグルスの参加メンバーは、オリジナル・メンバーのグレン・フライ、ドン・ヘンリーにジョー・ウォルシュ、ティモシー・Ｂ・シュミットの４人。
スタジオ録音盤では、１９７９年発表の「ロング・ラン（The Long Run）」以来で、１９８０年ごろ解散したとはいえ２８年ぶり。
